Honk & Sandström Consulting AB operates in the fields of tramway, railway, and road in Western Sweden. We provide safety solutions to infrastructure contractors, handling everything from designing traffic management plans (TA-plans) to setting up traffic closure materials and staffing the work with safety personnel. We also carry out our own contracts.

We are now looking for a site manager for construction and contracting!

Job Description

In the role of site manager, you will plan and organize parts of projects and contracts. You are expected to establish and follow timelines, and actively participate in work on site.

Responsibilities

· Lead and distribute the daily practical work

· Be operationally involved in the work

· Receive internal and external instructions and translate them into practical execution

· Collaborate with colleagues and project managers to ensure project requirements are met

· Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers

· Ensure quality and document completed work, as well as inform about deficiencies and actions

· Participate in construction meetings

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

· Experience in the contracting/construction industry

· Good computer skills

· A valid driver's license (BE or C is an advantage)

· Is self-driven and proactive

· Cooperative

· Responsible and structured

· Solution-oriented and stress-resistant

· Good communication skills
